No, I've no mad HTML skillz, but I do make livejournal/MSN icons, a few wallpapers, and graphics of all sorts. And that's what it's all about, the Hokey Pokey notwithstanding.
Most of my past graphics are stored here. The links are over there to your right. If you wish for regular updates, go to my icon journal, over here. General rules include: sending me emails or commenting at the journal if you take any, crediting if at all possible, not hotlinking or stealing bandwidth (bad!), and the general ettiquete of internet graphics everywhere.
My wallpapers are made to fit my background (1024x768) but I can probably make them to fit yours if you'd like. My icons are made to fit livejournal (100x100), and depending on the nature of the icon, they usually look better on MSN if you crop them to 96x96.
I do take requests and am willing to customise. Heck, you can customise them yourself if you want. I can't (at the moment) do animation or really fancy photo manipulation; I won't do hardcore pr0n, hate, racism, sexism, anything against my personal convictions, et cetera.
